Essentials
Parker’s Radiologic Technology program consists of:
- Evening classes on the Parker University campus with rotations at imaging centers throughout DFW
- A total of 74 credit hours
- Two semesters of general education courses followed by four semesters of major core curriculum for a total of six semesters or 24 months
- Small, diverse classes
- A learning environment and relaxed atmosphere ideal for first-time college students and career changers alike
Why Parker’s Radiologic Technology program?
Since 2015, the Associate of Applied Science with a major in Radiologic Technology degree has been required for entry into the radiologic technology profession. Parker prepares students for entry-level radiologic technologist positions by teaching the skills needed to work in imaging centers and hospitals, through hands-on experience in clinical rotations throughout Dallas-Fort Worth.
